Dexi Omega 3 – 2000 contains no less than 2 grams of omega 3 per dose. Omega 3 fatty acids are essential polyunsaturated fatty acids. This nutritional supplement contains EPA, ALA, GLA and CLA.

EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) is one of the substances that makes fatty fish so healthy.
ALA (alpha-Linolenic acid) is an important building block for membranes, for instance in the brain.
GLA (gamma-Linolenic acid) is converted into prostaglandins in the body with the aid of vitamins.
CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) reduces body fat by increasing basal metabolic rates.
